all of the writing and photos found on this website are released under a creative commons attribution-noncommercial 3.0 license. this means that you are free to do whatever you want with them – re-post/re-use, etc. – as long as you attribute sweet beet and green bean and whatever you are doing is noncommercial in intent. it should be noted that the recipes themselves are not copyrightable, although the way i talk about them and the photos i take are.  if you would like to purchase a photo for commercial purposes i can provide you a full-sized photo file for a small price, just email me.

this licensing is done in hopes that recipes may be consumed in the digital age as they have been for eons – by passing them on, adding and subtracting from them, changing ingredients around and ultimately making new and exciting recipes of your own. i want these recipes to be useful for you and want to encourage you to share anything and everything you may do with them!
