Ohhhh fantastic. I discovered your blog not too long ago. I love it! I’m a vegan as well but I most certainly wasn’t raised that way. In fact, as I read your story, it became apparent that we were raised in a similar fashion.
Anyway, love your blog. I generally cook more and partake in the foodie loving lifestyle but currently I’m living in Japan with a very microscopic kitchen sans an oven or full-sized fridge. 28 days until I’m reunited with a full sized kitchen!
