I also recommend quartering them, coating them in olive oil, s&amp;p, and roasting them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, shaking them up halfway through. then cover them in a lemon garlic dressing. they get a little crunchy around the edges and super savory! I think you&#039;d love it.</description>
