		<description>Hi there - I tried a few vegan omelette recipes over the years but they have never worked. (I don&#039;t cook with non-stick cookware so maybe this is why?) Anyway! This worked out great! Definitely a keeper. Thanks very much. (I used half the amount of oil and it didn&#039;t seem to make a difference).</description>
