		<description>a straining bag is the best because you can work the liquid out a bit better, but you can always use a metal sieve as long as it&#039;s pretty fine.</description>

		<description>you don&#039;t have to strain, it&#039;s for both taste and texture - i prefer a smoother milk - but you can also save the pulp to blend in smoothies or some people use it in baked goods.  cashews and skinless almonds work especially well for making milk if you don&#039;t want to strain and if you have a strong enough blender (think vitamix)</description>

		<description>not entirely sure, but it&#039;s very low in calories because it&#039;s mostly water.  there might be some raw nutrition websites that can give you more accurate numbers but i would guess it&#039;s very close to the nutritional value to sprouted sunflower seeds, minus any fiber.</description>
