awesome online cooking videos from lucid food

when i was at the farmers’ market today a fellow there told me about a great local, sustainable catering business called lucid food, that operates out of new york.  if you live in the area you can take advantage of the catering and classes they offer.

but, if like me, you don’t live in new york you can still reap the benefits of their cool online cooking videos.  the head chef, louisa, whips up tasty recipes like stinging nettle pesto, grilled maitake mushrooms and lemonade with lemon balm and lemon verbena.

not all of the recipes are vegan, but many can be easily converted.
